Located on US Highway 441/23 only four miles outside of Franklin, North Carolina, Sunset Ridge Motor Coach Resort is tucked away in the foothills of The Great Smoky Mountains. With an average lot size of 3500 square feet, each motorcoach site was created to maximize the distant mountain vistas.

You will be in awe of the wild Dogwoods' splendor when they are in bloom in the spring, along with a wide variety of mountain laurels, rhododendrons, azaleas, and violets. When fall approaches, the trees' blazing reds, oranges, and yellows will explode into a landscape unlike any other.
